The usual Hood traffic jam once again caused by me, the dispatcher. I should have held the Broadway Turn in Swift Run instead of letting it come into Hood. I then had to back it onto the Potomac route heading to Thorny Point to give clearance to #30 the Blue Ridge being controlled by Jerry. Once #30 left town, #101 the Packer controlled by Steve was given clearance and then finally the lowely Broadway Turn.
