The golden spike ceremoney originally scheduled for March 19th but cancelled due to the flu, was held during the 7th OPS session with the arrival of train #31 the Shenandoah at Lacey Springs, on April 17, 2005.
In attendance were from left to right, Mike Garber, Howard Heltman, Keith Stillman, Mike Pulaski and Steve Robbins.
